Nimra Textile operates a vertically integrated manufacturing facility located in the industrial heart of Pakistan. Our infrastructure encompasses every stage of production, from yarn processing and weaving to dyeing, printing, finishing and packaging.

Spread across 200,000+ square feet, our facility houses some of the most advanced textile machinery sourced from leading manufacturers in Europe and Japan. This enables us to produce a wide range of home textile products with consistent quality, superior finish and competitive pricing.

Our in-house laboratory conducts rigorous testing at every stage to ensure compliance with international quality standards including ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GOTS certification requirements.

State-of-the-Art Machinery & Systems

Our facility is equipped with cutting-edge machinery from globally renowned manufacturers. We operate high-speed air-jet and rapier looms from Toyota and Picanol, ensuring precision weaving with minimal waste.

Our dyeing and finishing departments feature Monforts stenter frames, Thies soft-flow dyeing machines and Rotary screen printing lines that deliver exceptional colour fastness, dimensional stability and finish quality.

We have also invested in automated fabric inspection systems, computerized pattern design (CAD/CAM) and an ERP-driven production management system that ensures complete traceability from order to shipment.

Our commitment to sustainable technology includes a 2MW solar energy installation, advanced effluent treatment plant and a rainwater harvesting system that together significantly reduce our carbon footprint.
