Stitching
Over 400 industrial sewing machines across 3 production floors, lockstitch, chainstitch, and overlock lines producing sheet sets, duvet covers, curtains, comforters, and garments at up to 5,000 stitches per minute.
Stitching Department
Our stitching department spans 3 production floors with over 400 industrial sewing machines running at speeds up to 5,000 stitches per minute. We operate two categories of machines: lockstitch machines that construct stitches using a needle thread and bobbin thread (ideal for woven materials), and chainstitch machines that use needles and loopers for elastic stitches on knitted materials. Overlock machines handle edge finishing, cutting and wrapping fabric edges simultaneously.
The department produces sheet sets, duvet cover sets, curtains (eyelet, rod pocket, tab-top), comforters, mattress protectors and encasements, pillow protectors, bed-in-a-bag sets, kitchen and table linen, hospital garments, chef wear, pet beds, tote bags, and kids bedroom accessories. Programmable stitch patterns allow rapid changeovers between product lines while maintaining consistent seam quality.
Equipment & Capabilities
The core machinery and technology powering our stitching operations.
Single Needle Lockstitch
Lockstitch machines using needle and bobbin threads for strong, non-stretch seams on woven sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers.
Overlock Machines
High-speed overlock units that simultaneously sew, cut, and wrap fabric edges, essential for seam finishing and preventing fraying on all fabric types.
Multi-Needle Chainstitch
Chainstitch machines using needles and loopers to produce elastic stitches, ideal for fitted sheets, elastic waistbands, and knitted jersey products.
Automated Cutting Tables
Computer-controlled cutting systems with programmable pattern storage for precision cutting, rapid changeovers, and minimal fabric waste.
Production Process
How material moves through our stitching department, from start to finish.
Cutting
Precision fabric cutting using automated tables with pattern markers.
