Panel Printing Department
Panel printing, also known as placement or engineered printing, produces non-repeat designs that land precisely on specific areas of the finished product. Unlike a continuously repeating seamless tile, each panel is created to the exact scale of the product, with strategically placed pattern pieces across the printable fabric width. This gives complete control over the exact position of the design across every unit produced.
Flat-bed screen printing is particularly suited to large design repeats for bed covers, bed sheets, and oversized panels that exceed rotary screen capacity. We also handle cushion panels printed as engineered pairs (front and back), curtain border panels, and apparel placement pieces. Each panel is printed to exact dimensions, reducing downstream cutting waste and simplifying assembly in the stitching department.
