Embroidery

Computerized multi-head embroidery machines stitching at up to 1,200 SPM, producing satin stitch, fill stitch, applique, and sequin embroidery on hotel linen, fashion bedding, and apparel.

Embroidery Overview

Embroidery Department

Our embroidery department runs computerized multi-head machines that stitch at speeds up to 1,200 stitches per minute. Unlike conventional sewing, these machines are driven automatically, moving in any direction within the embroidery field, changing needles for colour switches, and trimming threads without operator intervention. Each head can be stopped or started independently, so a bobbin change on one head does not shut down the entire machine.

We support all major stitch types: running stitch for outlines, satin stitch for solid borders, tatami (fill) stitch for large areas, applique for layered fabric motifs, and sequin embroidery for decorative accents. Designs are digitized in-house from client artwork with full control over stitch density, colour mapping, and underlay settings. The result is sharp, durable embroidery on hotel linen, fashion bedding, cushion covers, and garments.
