Quilting Department
Our quilting section combines three distinct technologies. High-speed multi-needle machines handle continuous quilting of comforters, mattress pads, and bedspreads at volume. Computerized single-needle machines execute intricate decorative patterns where precision matters more than speed. And our ultrasonic quilting machines use high-frequency vibration to generate heat that partially melts and bonds synthetic fabric layers, creating clean, durable seams without thread or glue, at 5 to 10 times the speed of traditional sewing.
Ultrasonic quilting is particularly suited for waterproof mattress protectors, non-woven products, and laminated assemblies where needle penetration would compromise barrier properties. For thread-based quilting, our machines maintain uniform tension and pattern alignment across the full fabric width, producing consistent results from the first metre to the last.
