Weaving (Airjet's and Shuttleless)

A powerhouse weaving facility with 140 Sulzer projectile looms and 60 high-speed Airjet looms, producing woven fabric in poly-cotton, 100% cotton, and CVC blends from T-120 to T-500 thread counts.

Weaving (Airjet's and Shuttleless) Overview

Weaving (Airjet's and Shuttleless) Department

Our weaving department houses 140 Sulzer projectile looms ranging from 110" to 153" width alongside 60 high-speed Airjet looms. Sulzer looms are renowned for their precision and durability, engineered to handle a wide range of yarns and complex weave structures with consistent, high-quality output over long production runs. Our Airjet looms complement this with speeds up to 2,200 metres of weft insertion per minute, ideal for lighter-weight sheeting and apparel fabrics.

Together, this setup produces fabric in poly-cotton, 100% cotton, and CVC blends across thread counts from T-120 plain weave sheeting to T-500 sateen. We handle everything from basic percale and twill to yarn-dyed jacquard, dobby, duck, canvas, and half- and full-Panama constructions, meeting virtually any buyer specification for woven textiles.

Equipment & Capabilities

The core machinery and technology powering our weaving (airjet's and shuttleless) operations.

Sulzer Projectile Looms

140 Sulzer machines (110"-153" width), shuttleless projectile looms known for handling heavy and technical yarns with exceptional durability and fabric uniformity.

Airjet Looms

60 Airjet looms using compressed air for weft insertion at up to 2,200 m/min, cost-efficient, high-speed production for lighter count sheeting and apparel fabric.

Electronic Jacquard Heads

Jacquard systems mounted on looms for producing intricate dobby, satin stripe, and jacquard weave patterns up to T-500 thread count.

Warping & Sizing Lines

High-speed warping and sizing machines for precise warp yarn preparation, controlling tension, alignment, and starch application before weaving.
